How far away is the lake?

The property adjoins the lake, and it is only a few steps from the backyard to the private dock.

How far is the closest boat ramp?

There is a boat ramp two houses from our home and a boat parking area across the street.

What amenities are included?

The house has a fully stocked kitchen with a walk-in pantry, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, a coffee bar, an 80" TV in the living room with an electric fireplace, a pool table and electric dart board, board games and puzzles. A TV in every bedroom with app availability. There is a large deck with a bed swing, dining area, seating area, and a grilling area. A dock house with seating, pull-out sofa bed, TV, electric fireplace, and mini fridge. A private dock for fishing, kayaking, boating with seating areas, and a fish cleaning station.

Is there a lake view?

There is a beautiful full lake view, the sunsets are amazing.

What are some nearby restaurants?

The closest dine-in restaurants are in Tallahassee, approximately 20 minutes from the lake. There is a store/takeout restaurant about five minutes from the house.

What is the cancellation policy?

A full refund within 30 days of your stay. 50% refund within two weeks from your stay and no refund after the two-week period.

Are there extra towels?

There are plenty of towels stocked in each bathroom.

What toiletries are available?

We supply hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

What is the check-in procedure?

You will be provided with the address and door codes within 24 hours of your stay. There is an instructions booklet in the house with all the house rules and Wi-Fi information.

What is the check-out procedure?

You will need to remove all trash to outside receptacles, clear all food from the refrigerator, place all towels in the bathrooms, adjust the temperature to the noted setting, turn off lights, and lock exterior doors.

Is it pet friendly?

Currently, it is not pet friendly.

Is it child friendly?

It is child friendly with a highchair and playpen. There are high locks on the sliding doors and plug covers.

How close to the nearest airport?

The house is approximately 20 minutes to Tallahassee International Airport.
